Are you captivated by the enchanting world of watercolors? Do you find joy in the gentle flow of pigments and the magic they create on paper? Join us at our Watercolor Club, where artistry meets camaraderie, and creativity knows no bounds!
Our Watercolor Clubs are a vibrant community brought to life by two seasoned artists with a shared passion for watercolor painting. With a wealth of experience, they’ve come together to create a haven for both beginners and seasoned artists, fostering an atmosphere of learning, exploration, and mutual support.
Each session we will explore a new subject, learn techniques, experiment with materials, explore colour theory & gain confidence with this exciting medium.
We understand that every artist’s journey is unique. Our clubs provide a safe and encouraging space for artists of all levels to express themselves freely, without fear of judgment. Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or refining your skills, you’ll find a community that celebrates your artistic endeavors.
Our clubs run on three schedules:
- Club 1 meets twice every month on a Friday between 1pm – 4:30 pm (typically the 1st & 3rd Friday), providing a regular rhythm for artists to come together, share experiences, and delve into the world of watercolors.
- Club 2 meets on the last Friday between 1pm – 4:30 pm
- Club 3 meets on the first or second Saturday between 1pm – 4:30 pm
These sessions are designed to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and thrive at their own pace. Through interactive demonstrations, hands-on activities, and personalized feedback, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your skills and discover the nuances of watercolor painting.

All sessions are £25 per person.

Materials will be available at the first session. However, working with your own set of watercolours is essential for development. Advice will be given at the first session to help you with the equipment you need. Members receive a discount on art supplies from The Art Shop in Northallerton.
