Terms and Conditions for Art Courses & Workshops by Rebekah Findlay Artist
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before participating in any courses or workshops organised by Rebekah Findlay Artist (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Agreement to Terms
By participating in any workshop organized by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not participate in the workshop.
2. Participation Requirements
Participants must meet any age, skill level, or other requirements specified for each workshop. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet these requirements.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration for workshops is completed upon receipt of full payment. Payment instructions will be provided upon registration. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by the Participant:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of the workshop start date will receive a refund less a 30% administration fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the workshop start date.
- Refunds values can be transfered to another course date, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made by the Company:
- In the event that the Company cancels a workshop for any reason, participants are entitled to a full refund of the fee or to re-arrange to the next available date.
- The Company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in the event of workshop cancellation.
5. Workshop Changes
The Company reserves the right to make changes to workshop dates, times, locations, instructors, or content if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate participants affected by these changes.
6. Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during workshops. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
7. Liability
Participants acknowledge that participation in art workshops may involve certain risks. While the Company takes reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, participants agree to participate at their own risk. The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during workshops.
8. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, including but not limited to instructional content, handouts, and artwork, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Privacy Policy
The Company respects the privacy of its participants and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. Participants are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for changes.
